For many years, FBI Special Agent Peter Burke investigates offenses “white collar”. One of his “regulars” – widely known in police and criminal circles and immensely charming swindler Neal Caffrey. Neal few years hiding from the police and the FBI. They caught him, and he escapes from prison. Eventually Caffrey decided to go for a deal: he offered help to Burke in exposing the catching crooks, who have so far managed to escape justice in exchange for relative freedom for themselves. After brief reflection, Peter agreed to cooperate and Caffrey released on bail, but on condition that he would wear transmitter on foot, allowing to monitor his movements, and use his criminal talent exclusively “for peaceful purposes” without breaking the law.
