The fourth season of the exciting Saving Hope series starts with Alex returning from her maternity leave back to Hope Zion hospital. She leaves her child Luke for the first time and is very worried about it. But her working day is not over at that: then she is going to treat a convicted for murder for an ulcer. But soon the things with both patients become more serious and Alex will make very difficult choices in order to save their lives. Then Alex finds out that there appeared a new General Surgeon, very handsome and charismatic Dr. Patrick Curtis, in the hospital while she was in maternity leave. In the meantime, Charlie Harris has to take care after car crash victim’s child, which makes him deliberate about his still unknown paternity of Alex’s baby.
