The ending of the first chapter of the series came as a complete surprise to many: the bloodthirstiness and unbridledness of the serial killer Dr. Martin Whitly (Michael Sheen) did not at all leap into his son, an expert in the field of psychological profiling of criminals Malcolm Bright (Tom Payne), but in the pretty sister of the protagonist Ainsley Whitly (Halston Sage).
