Little Women season 1 is a BBC tv show based on the cult classic novel by Louisa May Alcott, that have been read by girls around the world for more than one hundred years. Many families had a hard time during the Civil War in the United States. Men were at the front, and women did not have such a wide opportunity to receive education and work, as in our days. This led to the fact that many families, having lost their breadwinners, became impoverished and survived from their last efforts. This is the story about the very amicable American family March. The father serves as a priest in the army and his courageous wife Marmee brings up four very different but very nice daughters: Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy. Together, the sisters experience first hobbies and disappointments and learn to be women under the guidance of their mother. Kindred love and romantic, a lot of small and big life challenges, death and friendship are in the new episodes of the TV mini-series Little Women.Read more »
